How to use Oakland Report chat (4 way)
Access the chat room on the web.
Open the Substack app on your phone and tap the Chat icon. It looks like two bubbles in the bottom bar.
Navigate from your Substack reader window in a browser. The chat icon is on the left. Then click on the Oakland Report chat.
